 world mental health day

 

Birmingham Branch were active in World Mental Health Day. This was run by Birmingham MIND and it was addressing mental health in the workplace. 

 

The branch also set up shop at Woodcock St, where there were stress busting sessions and yoga (with Tina - pictured above) on offer.
