Introduction to Neighborhood Offices

Birmingham Council has a network of 13 Neighbourhood Offices (Customer Services Centres) across the city. They are "one stop shops" for Council Services including Housing and Council Tax as well as dealing with Benefit and Debt issues.

As a result of the budget cuts in 2014, 8 offices have closed and the number of staff has halved.
