The fall out from the Bin strike debacle seems to be hotting up with John Clancy in the hot seat as he heads for a vote of no confidence , put forward by two Labour councillors.

However, it's clear from media reports that her role to cut employees and costs is in opposition to the continuing costs and employees of the current Fleet & Waste department.

Claims are around that Clancy exceeded his role by guaranteeing the Binmen's position and Union reps say that he's now seen as untrustworthy, as he's gone back on his word.
