CAPITA- new concerns over savings

Surprise, surprise. The promised contribution towards Birmingham City Council's spending cuts from the BCC/Capita IT contract is not being delivered. Meanwhile 800 council jobs are going and tens of millions of cuts are being made to council services. No doubt next they'll be saying more cuts in services and jobs are needed to make up the BCC/Capita IT budget shortfall.
